Michael D. Jackson

Michael D. Jackson, 70, of New Carlisle, passed away on Thursday, April 18, 2024. He was born November 26, 1953, the son of the late Herbert and Joyce Jackson. Michael was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoyed spending time with his family. Michael was an avid hunter. He was a fan of The Ohio State Football. Michael read his bible daily and shared His word. He is survived by his wife of 50 years Susan; children Shannon Wiles, Aaron Jackson, and Kristin (fiancé Barry Usleaman) MacKay; grandchildren Austin Jackson, Autumn Salyer, Aiden and Andrew MacKay, Grace, Hunter and Elliott Usleaman; great-grandchildren Reese and Emryn; brother Andy Jackson; sister Toni Jackson; and dedicated friend Paul Seibold. Visitation will be held Thursday, April 25, 2024, from 5-7pm with the funeral service to honor Michael beginning at 7:00pm at Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home.
