Rebecca Louise Cornell

Rebecca Louise Cornell age 62 of Springfield went home to be with her Lord & Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, September 28, 2021. She was born the daughter of Keith & Dora (Williams) Cornell on January 22, 1959 in Springfield, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her parents; sister Karen Heffner; sister-in-law Mary Cornell; brothers in law Floyd Rood, Shawn Allman, Larry Shelton, & Rodger Zimmerman. Rebecca is survived by her loving sons Tony L. (Jennifer L.) Cornell of Springfield, & Brandon L. Montgomery of Springfield; sisters Pamela Allman, Cheryl Rood, & Pamela (Charlie) Sumner; brothers Arthur Cornell, Michael Cornell, & Robert Zimmerman; grandchildren Kelsey, Tony, & Wesley; many nieces, nephews, cousins, & a host of special friends. Rebecca was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, & friend. She will be missed by all of those who love her. Rebecca was a faithful follower of Jesus Christ and was a longtime member of the Lighthouse Church of God. Although Rebecca had not been able to get around as good as she used to be able to, she made sure to keep up with friends & family on Facebook. Arrangements entrusted to RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME. A memorial service to honor Rebecca’s life will be announced at a later date.
