William E. "Bill" Deboard

William E. “Bill” DeBoard, 75, of New Carlisle, passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2022. He was born on January 2, 1947, in Brodhead, KY, the son of the late Arthur and Ella DeBoard. Bill was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force and retired from Coca-Cola. Bill is survived by his wife of 55 years, Joyce A. DeBoard; daughter Hailey Adelaide; brothers Harold (Anita) DeBoard and David (Ruthann) DeBoard; brother-in-law Terry Brown; grandchildren Katelyn, Lacy, Elijah, Jessica, Ella, Ava, Madison, Gemma, Adler and Bexley; nieces Tara Brown-Clayborn and Tiffany Sands. Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2022, from 11am-1pm at Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home.
