Wanda M. Ricketts

Wanda M. Ricketts, 67 of Springfield died March 14, 2016 Springfield Regional Medical Center. She was born in Campton, KY, the daughter of Charles and Ruby Brashears. Wanda has been involved in banking for many years with Gem Savings and GE Capital. She was a member of the Eastern Star, American Business Womens Association. Wanda was a graduate of Fairbanks High School where she received the Daughters of the American Revolution Award and was very active with the Fairbanks Scholarship team. She was preceded in death by her daughter Kristin Butcher and brother Bill Brashears. Survivors include her husband Charles Ricketts; sons Greg (Julie) Butcher of St Paris, Ben Ricketts and Brad Ricketts both of Springfield; daughter and fiancée Emily (Bryan Wellmann) Ricketts of Springfield; brother Bob (Sharon) Brashears of Marysville; grandchildren Sydney Butcher-Click, Stephanie & Abigail Butcher; sister-in-law Elizabeth Brashears; numerous nieces and nephews.
