News Death Notice

ENGLE, Wanda Louise 84, of Springfield passed away Thursday November 19, 2015. She was born in DeGraff, Ohio on February 23, 1931, the daughter of William Hadley and Mary Lucille Williamson. Wanda was a member of Donnels Creek Church of the Brethren for many years and a current member of Springfield Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband James E. Engle and granddaughter Angie Cain- Knauer; brothers Don, Danny, Jim and Ned Williamson and sister Joanne Leeth. Wanda's family would like to thank the Eaglewood Care Center for their exceptional care and support during her time there. Survivors include children David (Joyce) Engle, Marcia (Dale) Palof, Larry (Margie) Engle, Kathy (Mike) Cain, Dana (Cheryl) Engle, and Caryl Engle; grandchildren Leann (Mickey) Castillo, Deidra Engle, Desiree Olivarez, Phillip Palof, Tommy Palof, Jennie (Chris) Kuznicki, James Engle, Michelle (Quentin) Young, Clark, Allison, and Grant Engle; great-grandchildren Lucas, Nathan, and Eli Castillo, Owen, Leo, Toby and Charllie Kuznicki, Allie Knauer, Liam and Isabella Young; sister-in-law Jan Williamson. Family and friends may call Tuesday from 5-8 PM in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME. A celebration of Wanda's life will be Wednesday at 11:00AM in the memorial home with Bill Warax officiating. Burial to follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
