WALLACE GLEN REID

87, of New Carlisle, Ohio passed away Tuesday, August 1, 2017. He was born July 24, 1930 in Clark County, Ohio the son of the late William W., Sr. & Orpha (Lawson) Reid. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean Conflict and retired from Wright Patterson Air Force Base. He is survived by his children, Debra L. Reid Walters, Pamela K. Reid & Michael V. Reid; 2 step daughters, Connie Patrick & Sherry Hook; grandchildren; William Webb, Michael Watson, Corinna Arthur, Charity Walters, Samantha Holbrook Lockard; thirteen great grandchildren; nieces & nephews; other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by a brother, William W. "Bill" Reid, Jr. Graveside services will be at 1 PM Saturday, August 12, 2017 at the New Carlisle Cemetery with military honors. Memento's may be placed in the grave following the services. A gathering of family and friends will be held at the Elm Valley Fishing Club following the services for a time of sharing and food.Arrangments by the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio.
