Tonya M. Wilson

Tonya M. Wilson age 51 of South Charleston went home to be with her Lord & Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, January 15, 2023, at Springfield Regional Medical Center.  She was born the daughter of Bobbie E. & Deanna (Cantley) True on June 9, 1971, in Norwalk, Ohio.  She is preceded in death by her parents.  Tonya is survived by her loving husband Robert L. Wilson Jr. of 32 years; daughters Sara (Mark) Anthony of South Charleston, & Rachel (Chase Bey) of Kettering; sons Caleb (Ashley) Wilson of Springfield, & Kyle (Kelsie) Johnson of Urbana; brother Terence True; sisters Teresa (Dennis) Murphy, & Tina (Fred) Tolson; grandchildren Samuel, Jude, Greyson, Paisley, Esther, & Lincoln; several nieces, nephews, friends, & a host of church family.  Tonya was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, & friend.  She will be missed by all of those who love her.  Tonya was a member of Potter’s House of Springfield.  Tonya had a beautiful voice & enjoyed singing, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her children & grandbabies.  A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2023, 11AM at Potter’s House of Springfield 2404 Troy Rd.
