Thomas W. Searcy

Thomas W. Searcy, 70, of New Carlisle, passed away on Monday, October 24, 2016. He was born on April 18, 1946 in Harlan, KY, the son of James B. and Polly (Williamson) Searcy. Thomas was a U.S. Army Veteran and a member of the Moose lodge in Fairborn. He is preceded in death by his parents; son Johnny Searcy; grandson Kyle Canter; brothers Bill, Bob, Jody and Ernest; sisters Stella, Alma, Grace, Reba, Sue and Martha Ann. Thomas is survived by his wife of 48 years Patricia E. (Gaulin) Searcy; daughter Rene K. Canter; brothers James Searcy and Timmy (Louise) Searcy; sisters Dorothy Searcy and Dolly German; granddaughters Brandy and Sabrina; numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Saturday at 7:00 PM in TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, with a gathering of family and friends beginning at 5:00 PM.
