Thelma Lee Owens

Thelma Lee Owens, 84, of New Carlisle, passed away on Thursday, May 5, 2022. She was born October 2, 1937, in Ironton, OH, the daughter of the late Alva and Edna Sigler. Thelma was a lifelong member of Good Shepherd United Methodist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband Jack Owens. Thelma is survived by her children Christopher Owens, Tracy (Kim) Owens, Lynnette (Bill) Lobl and Scott (Laurie) Owens; brother Paul (Audrey) Sigler; sister Kay Drummond; 15 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Friday, May 13, 2022, from 2:00pm-2:30pm with the service to honor Thelma beginning at 2:30pm at the Chapel of Glenn Haven Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton or the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
