Terry, Sally Lynn (Betleyoun), 66, of New Carlisle was given her wings and went to fly with the angels Monday, October 23, 2023, while surrounded by loved ones. Sally was born December 17, 1956, in Barberton, OH to Richard and Beverly Betleyoun. Her large family taught her to be feisty and to fight for opportunity but also to love and forgive. She was a graduate of Tecumseh High School and member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Sally’s family was her true devotion and passion. She cherished being a wife and mother, teaching her daughters they were capable of anything they decided to do. She embraced being a grandmother, often sending Ken to pick grandchildren up for weekends and for however long they wanted to be spoiled during summers. She was extremely creative often helping with school and art projects and decorating for holiday celebrations. Sally was an enthusiastic seamstress and enjoyed gardening and nature. She shared her true, servant heart with those around her acting as a Girl Scout leader, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 45 years, Kenneth Terry of New Carlisle; daughter Darlene Nelson and her husband Eddie with children Elise Langhout, William Nelson, Abigail Langhout and Natalie Langhout of Beavercreek; and daughter Bernadette Terry with son Rivers Johnson of Brookville.
Sally was welcomed home by her parents Richard Betleyoun and Beverly June Ward (Welsh), siblings Richard Betleyoun Jr., Kenneth Betleyoun, Patricia Antolik, Donna Paull, Michael Betleyoun, and Christopher Betleyoun and her son-in-law Nathan Langhout.
