Tanya Albert
(72) of New Carlisle, Ohio was born in Langley, Virginia on November 13, 1944. She passed away December 21, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents John Piszczek and Winifred Smith. Survived by mother Mae Piszczek, brother Mark Piszczek, Sisters; Christine (Mack) Monroe, Anne (Charles) Nabors, and Valerie Piszczek; Husband of 52 years Stewart Albert, Children; Judy Albert, Richard (Sandy) Albert, Mary (Andy) Sherick., Grandchildren, Bill (Amanda) Farmer, Morgan (Michael) Comley, Alicia Sherick, Devin Albert, and Kenton Sherick. Great-grandchildren Caleb Farmer and Riley Farmer, and numerous nieces and nephews. Tanya was a member of Sacred Heart Parish, New Carlisle. She is remembered for her volunteer work in the New Carlisle Elementary School Library, for Chaperoning and hosting the cookie wagon for the Tecumseh Marching Band, and for volunteer work with the Channel 16 Great TV Auction. A gathering of friends and family will be from 6-8 p.m. Monday, December 26, 2016 at TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio. A Mass of Christian Burial will be read Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at 10:30 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in New Carlisle, Ohio. Burial will follow in New Carlisle Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Second Harvest Food Bank or to the charity of your choice.
