Steven "Marc" Bowers

Steven "Marc" Bowers, 66, of New Carlisle passed away Monday, December 27, 2021. He was born March 10, 1955, in Mineral Wells, TX, the son of Billy and Mary Lou Bowers. Marc retired from Hobart Corp. and went on to own and operate Bowers Chimney Service. Marc was a loving, caring and hardworking husband, dad and papaw. He is survived by his wife of 41 years Debra; mother Mary Lou Bowers; children Erika Bowers-Stebbins, Nicki (John) Rexroad-Miller, Emily Bowers and Dustin (Amanda) Bowers; grandchildren Austin Stebbins, Madison Stebbins, Hailey Bowers, Logan Wilson, Lily Wiley, Madilynn Miller, Wyatt Miller, Elliott Miller, Jasmine White, Conner White and Brooke Bowers; great-grandchildren Parker, Guinevere, Cadance, Atticus, Kinslee, Alyus and Harlow; brothers Dennis Bowers and Brian (Lori) Bowers; sister Sandra Bowers; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. Marc is preceded in death by his father Billy Ray Bowers. Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 4, 2022, from 11:30am-1:30pm at Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home with the service to honor Marc beginning at 1:30pm at the funeral home.
