Silas J. Williams

Silas J. Williams, 78, of Mechanicsburg, passed away on Friday, October 27, 2023. He was born August 2, 1945, the son of the late William and Maude Williams. Silas was a U.S Army Veteran. He is survived by his sons Terry Williams, Todd (Jade Sharp) Williams, Tim (Laura) Williams, and Tony Williams; daughter Teresa (Chuck) Williams; brothers Paul (Linda) Williams, Norman (Sherry) Williams, Jay (Jackie) Williams, Ron (Sandy) Williams, and Roland (Sylvia) Williams; sisters Glenora Holland and Janet (Woody) Bennett; 11 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Silas is preceded in death by his parents; brother Wayne Williams; and three infant brothers. Silas’ wishes were to be cremated and his ashes be laid to rest at Dayton National Cemetery, with services at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Richards, Raff & Dunbar Memorial Home.
