A man of many words and almost as many cartoon voices, Scott Michael Brandenburg blessed the world with his presence on January 13, 1978, ushering in 44 years of stories and smiles that would follow him throughout his life. The world lost the physical presence of Scott on February 22, 2022, at his home in Huber Heights, Ohio.
His death is preceded by his father Virgil, whom he adored until his last day. He leaves behind innumerable loved ones, including his mother Linda and sister Kristin. His undeniable quick-wittedness and kind heart will continue to live on through his daughter Olivia.
The family invites all who witnessed Scott’s comedic actions and generous offerings to join them as they send him back to be with his dad on Monday, March 7that Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home in New Carlisle, OH. Visitors who wish to pay their respects will be received from 4:00 to 6:00pm. The service will follow immediately, beginning at 6:00pm at the same venue. All are welcome and encouraged to attend either or both functions as they wish. The family will host an open mic during the service, welcoming anyone in attendance to share stories and memories of Scott. A repast will be held following the services; details will be provided at a later time.
The family requests that flowers not be purchased. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made towards an account to benefit Scott’s daughter.
Donations can be made to Olivia's college fund. Checks should be made payable to Olivia Brandenburg and sent to:
