Scott Lee Alltop

Scott Lee Alltop, 63, of New Carlisle, passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2022. He was born April 1, 1959 in Troy, OH, the son of Leland “Dale” Alltop and Beverly Simmons. Scott’s passion was golf and he could often be found on many of the local courses. He also loved to watch NHRA and the Los Angeles Rams. He is preceded in death by his mother Beverly Simmons. Scott is survived by his father and step-mother Dale and Jeanie Alltop; step-father Larry Simmons; children Tiffany Alltop, Zach Alltop and Wes (Camisha) Alltop; sister Monica (Mike) Lee; best friend and partner in life Carla Harrison; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; nephew Chad Lee; and niece Rachel Lee.
