Ruth Mchenry

Millicent Ruth McHenry, 92, of New Carlisle passed away Tuesday, March 21, 2017 in SpringMeade Health Center. She was born January 7, 1925 in Huntington County, IN, the daughter of the late Eldon L. and Mary Etta (Eubank) Swaidner. Ruth was a devoted member of Beavercreek Christian Church for 30 years. She was a tiny bundle of joy that people would stop in the grocery store and share their problems. Ruth was one of a kind, who will be greatly missed by all. She is survived by her husband of 70 years Garl D. McHenry; son Neil (Bonnie) McHenry; daughter Kathy (Greg) Froehle; granddaughters Abby (Stan) Boyce, Emily (Brian) Mowery and Melanie Wilson; great-grandchildren Gabriel, Nathaniel, Katy, David, Luke and Anna; brother Ward C. Swaidner; sister Marilyn Mason; numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be Saturday, April 1, 2017 at 3:00 PM in Beavercreek Christian Church, 3009 Shakertown Rd., Beavercreek, OH 45432, with a gathering of family and friends beginning at 2:00PM in the church.
