Roy Edwin Welch

Roy Edwin Welch, 69 years old from Fletcher, Ohio, passed away on January 7, 2025. Son of Jerry and Shirley (Trent) Welch of Christiansburg, Ohio. He leaves a loving wife of 43 years, Robin Louise (Hopkins) Welch, 4 children: Heather (Toby) Savage, Heidi (Jerry) Spurgeon, Britney (Tim) Hatcher, Michelle Welch, and daughter-in-law Emily Welch, 11 grandchildren and 6 step-grandchildren. He was in the United States Marine Corps for 4 years and received an honorable discharge in June of 1976. He was preceded in death by his son, Joshua James, grandson Ryley Savage, parents, brother Mark Welch, and sister Pam Overholser and survived by his wife, four children, a brother, Steven of Florida, and a sister, Malinda of New Carlisle. He will be greatly missed by his wife and family, a loving in-law family, and many extended family and friends. Graveside Service will be at a later date.
