Rosemarie Radcliff Billings

Rosemarie Radcliff Billings, 76, of Springfield passed away Saturday, March 18, 2017. She was born November 7,1940 in Springfield the daughter of Harold and Thelma (Radcliff) Billings. Rosie had been co-owner of Rosie's Diner along with Michael DiGiacomo. She is survived by cousins Charles L. (Janet) Loudermilk, Charles A. "Jake" Loudermilk, and Regina Ray all of Springfield. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Michael DiGiacomo; and aunt Pearlena Lorena Radcliff Hillman. Visitation will be Tuesday from 1 - 2 PM. in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME.
