News Death Notice

HEFFNER, Rose Mary 90, of Tipp City, Ohio passed away Saturday, December 12, 2015. She was born March 15, 1925 in Quincy, Ohio the daughter of the late Clyde and Mattie (Nevers) Jones. She operated Paul's Market in Bethel Twp, Miami County from 1951 to 1995. Rose Mary loved red birds and fishing. She was a Godly Christian woman who was always willing to help those around her. She is survived by her loving husband, Donald; three step-children, Steve (Jill) Heffner, Diana (Jim) Foster, Laurie (Frank) Zeller; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, Paul Heffner; three brothers, Charles, George and Emerson; three sisters, Mable, Shirley and Ethel Mae. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 4-8 PM Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio. Funeral services will take place at 10 AM, Thursday, December 17, 2015 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the Greenwood Union Cemetery, De Graff, Ohio.
