Ronald Earl Johns

Johns, Ronald Earl, 84 of Benson, Az formerly of Springfield passed away October 30, 2021 in the Tucson Medical Center. He was born in Russells Point, Ohio on July 1, 1937, the son of the late Hoarce and Irma Johns. Ron retired from Navistar with 30 years of service. He was a member of Local 402, K of P Ingomar 610, Union Club, and United Senior Services. He enjoyed playing golf, bowling, woodworking and traveling. He was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy; grandson Michael Powell; siblings Charlie Johns, Minor Herring, Russell Herring, Robert Herring and Joann Shepard. Survivors include children Cindy Johns Powell and Dwight Edward Johns; special friend Betty Loeb; grandchildren Jessica, Ciann and Scott Johns and Blake (Michelle) Bledsoe; great-grandchildren Daviannah, Madison and Annalyse; several nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and great nephews. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME has been entrusted with the final arrangements.
