Richard "Dick" Carroll Taylor

Richard "Dick" Carroll Taylor, 77, of Tipp City, passed away Monday, December 12, 2016. He was born March 24, 1939 in Dayton, the son of John Wesley and Esther Agnes (Hatton) Taylor. Dick was a member of New Carlisle Baptist Church. He was a lover of classic cars and a good steak dinner. Dick is preceded in death by his parents; wife Judy Taylor; grandson Neil Akers; great-grandson Jordan Robbins; brothers Jim, John W., Jr., and Joe Taylor; and sister Gwen. He is survived by his son Mark (Debbie) Taylor; daughters Tonya (Tom) Rader and Donna (Bill) Burkle; grandchildren Krista, Jennifer, Rachel, Amanda, Heather, Jacob, Brittney and Levi; 22 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A gathering of family and friends will be Tuesday from 5-6 PM in Bethel Baptist Church, with a memorial service beginning at 6:00 PM. Expressions of sympathy may be made at www.trostelchapman.com.
