Baker, Paul Jackson, 69 of Springfield passed away March 14, 2017 in the Springfield Regional Medical Center ER. He was born in Olive Hill, KY on November 15, 1947, the son of Earl and Irene Baker, Sr. Paul was employed as a roofer. He was an avid knife collector and enjoyed his harmonica and guitar. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters Garnett and Alice; and brother George. Survivors include his wife Jessie D. Baker, whom he married February 22, 1979; daughter Melissa Marie (Shawn) Cochran; brothers Earl (Betty) Jr., David (Kim), Robert (Tami) and Randall; sister Mary; great niece Lindsey "Punkin"; step sons Wallace Miller, Jr. and Walter Miller; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and his dog Dusty. Services to honor Paul will be Monday at 2:00PM in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME with Rev. Orbie Estep officiating. Visitation will begin at Noon. Burial to follow in Rose Hill Burial Park. Expressions of sympathy may be made at www.richardsraffanddunbar.com.
