Patricia Sue Crook

Patricia Sue Crook 76, formerly of New Carlisle passed away peacefully April 12, 2023. She was born July 5, 1946, in Logan West Virginia to the late Russell & Mollie Wilkes. Patricia grew up in Chesapeake, Ohio and graduated from Chesapeake High School. She was a member of The Defender Methodist Church in Chesapeake and later a member of First Baptist Church New Carlisle and then attended Medway Nazarene Church . She worked for many years in dentist offices in New Carlisle. She is survived by her children, Robin (Ty) Harsh, Craig Siders, Michael (Julie) Siders, Sean (Claire) Crook; grandchildren, Madison Harsh, Mekenna Siders, Kacy Harsh, Lauren Siders, Chazden Siders, Camden Siders, Tristan Green, Aiden Green, Kaleigh Green, Angelina McConaghy, and Abbey & Sophia Crook; sister, Diana Boshears; brother, Tom Alltop; nieces Lisa, Tammy, Cathy, Nicole, April, Stacy and Jennifer and nephew Danny.  Dearest Cousins Don, Wally, Marylin, and Carolyn Wilkes, as well as extended family and friends. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Russell Crook, and by brothers Bud Wilkes, Dickie Wilkes, Sam Alltop, Fred Alltop, Sister Juanita Alltop, Sister-In-Law Mary Wilkes and Cousin Carl Russel Wilkes. Visitation will be held at Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home, Saturday, April 22, 2023 from 11am-12 noon with the service to follow at Noon. Burial will follow at New Carlisle Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Patricia's name to benefit the Heart Center, online giving can be done at nationwideChildrens.org/ giving.  Expressions of sympathy may be made at trostelchapman.com
