News Death Notice

BONHAM, Norma 83, of New Carlisle, Ohio went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at Dayview Care Center Assisted Living. She was born September 19, 1931 in Dayton, Ohio the daughter of the late Cloyd & Viola (Lovelace) Hefner. Norma was happily married to Ray Bonham for 62 years and was Ray's partner in business and in life. Together they owned Custom Way Welding & Ornamental Iron in New Carlisle. Norma is survived by her brother, Carl Hefner, her son, Brian Bonham and daughter-in-law, Amy, his daughter, Lynn and son-in-law Larry Berna, six grandchildren, Joshua, Michael, Nicole, Zach, Ethan, and Sarah; three great-grandchildren, Noah, Brendan, and Ella, sister-in-law Ruth Bonham Tittle, and sister-in-law Betty Crook Bonham. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ray Bonham. Her parents, brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws, Bill and Bonnie Bonham, Charles and Evah Bonham Haywood, Bob and Betty Bonham, Chuck Bonham, Paul Tittle, and Carl Bonham. Visitation will be held from 2-4 PM on Sunday, July 11, 2015 at the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR AND FRALEY FUNERAL HOME in New Carlisle. Funeral services will take place at 10 AM on Monday in the funeral home. Burial will be in New Carlisle Cemetery.
