News Death Notice
MCNUTT, Myrtle Susan 90, passed away October 6, 2015 in her home in Sevierville, TN. She was born December 28, 1924 in Soldier, KY the daughter of Allie and Sara E. Thornsberry. Myrtle was a loving mother and homemaker, who devoted her whole life to her family, and lived in Springfield for over 70 years. Myrtle is survived by her sons Roy McNutt III of Chillicothe, OH, and Douglas R. McNutt of Sevierville; her daughters Linda Ball of Plain City, OH, Vicky Freshcorn of Kenton, OH, and Cheryl Davey of Sevierville; her brother Roy M. Thornsberry of Bellefontaine, OH; her sister Gracie Marshall of Huntington, WV; 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Virgil, Wales "Clyde", and Cecil Thornsberry; sister Effie Hall and grandson Joshua Eidson. The family is having private graveside services Friday in Oakdale Cemetery, Urbana, OH. Arrangements by RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME.
