MILDRED NAKEL

of New Calisle, passed away Friday, April 21st at Springmeade Health Care Center in Tipp City, OH. She was born August 1st, 1925 in Newport, KY to Roy Cecil and Martha Lilian (Ryan) Cook. She was preceeded in death by her parents, only sibling Roy C. Cook Jr. and her husband Harry Nakel. She is survived by 3 children. Jane Proctor (Michael) of Newport, TN. Susan Munnell (Paul) of Jacksonville, FL. Tim Nakel (Mary) of Tipp City, OH. She also leaves 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 11 great-great grandchildren. A special thanks to Springmeade Health Care Center for the kindness given to those they care for. Mildred's family also wished to extend a special thanks to Melba for her love and care above and beyond. Visitation will be 5-8 PM Tuesday April 25, 2017 at the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio. Funeral services will be 10 AM Wednesday at the funeral home.
