Mary A. Hockett

Mary A. Hockett, 66 of New Carlisle passed away peacefully at home, Monday, November 1, 2021. She was born September 17, 1955, to the late Jonas & Eleanor Conn. Mary was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and worked at Park National Bank for 13 years. Mary loved spending time with her family, and spending time outdoors. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Jackie Hockett; sons, Jackie L. (Sarah) Hockett III, Jonas P. Hockett, John K. (Kim) Hockett & Jesse A. Hockett; grandchildren, Jackie L. Hockett IV, Ellie Bee Hockett, Chase Elliot Hockett; siblings, Michael P. (Teresa) Conn, Gregory S. (Marcia) Conn, Martha E. (Daryl) Thompson, David J. Conn; sisters in law, Penny L. (JT) Taylor & Nancy L. Hockett, several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Marcella Hockett, brother-in-law Danny Hockett & sister-in-law Teresa F. Conn. Visitation will be at Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home, New Carlisle on Thursday, November 4, 2021, from 5-7 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, November 5, 2021, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 209 W. Lake Ave., New Carlisle, Ohio at 10:30 am.
