Mary Jewel Bailey

Mary Jewel Bailey, 81, of New Carlisle, passed away on Monday, July 15, 2024. She was born on September 10, 1942, in Carter County, KY, the daughter of the late James and Opal Clark. Mary was a very patient woman who lived her life by James 1:4, But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing. She is survived by her sister Alice Donohoe; brothers Willie and James Sawyer Clark; and many nieces and nephews. Mary is preceded in death by her husband Skaggs Bailey; sister Lois Teagn; and brothers George and Raymond Clark. A graveside service to honor Mary will be held on Friday, July 26, 2024, at 2:30pm at Medway Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home.
