Mark E. Byerman

Mark E. Byerman age 74 of Springfield passed away on Monday, September 16, 2024 at his residence.  He was born the son of Ronald & Betty (Hildebrand) Byerman on December 11, 1949 in Springfield, Ohio.  He is preceded in death by his parents; brother Tom Byerman; sister Cathy Howard. Mark is survived by his loving son Jeff Byerman; sisters Jodie Michael; Nikki (Jack) Blain; Sue Morris; lifelong friends Robyn & Virgil Henry, Geneva Shuff, & Melissa Shuff along with their children. several nieces, nephews, & a host of friends.  Mark was a loving dad, brother, uncle & friend.  He will be missed by all of those who love him. Mark was a member of the United States Army where he proudly served during the Vietnam War.  Mark was a true outdoorsman & enjoyed hiking, camping, trips to the beach or the Smokey Mountains.  The family will be celebrating Marks life by traveling to his favorite destinations.  Expressions of sympathy may be left at www.richardsraffanddunbar.com.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in his honor to the Clark County Animal Welfare League.
