Maria Gallegos

Maria Gallegos age 59 of Springfield passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at her residence while surrounded by her loving family.  She was born the daughter of Octavio & Magdalena (Alvarez – Miranda) Arriaga – Guzman on July 13, 1964, in Mexico.  She is preceded in death by her parents & several siblings.  She is survived by her beloved children Vanessa (Jesus) Martinez of Beavercreek & Jenero Gallegos of Springfield; brothers Pablo & Juan Arriaga – Alvarez; sister Maria Magdalena – Alvarez; grandchildren Alicia, Azucena, Dylan, & Mateo; several nieces, nephews, & a host of friends.  She was a member of St. Raphael Catholic Church.  For many years she was a faithful employee of Los Mariachis on Main St. in Springfield.  In her spare time she enjoyed going to the movies with her son.  She was a impressive cook & will be remembered for her chilaquiles.  A memorial Mass will be held at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements entrusted to RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME.  Expressions of sympathy may be left at www.richardsraffanddunbar.com
