Lois Marcella Ewers

Lois Marcella Ewers age 83 of Springfield, passed away on Monday, November 6, 2023, at Wood Glen Community in Dayton.  Lois was born the daughter of Robert W. & Marcella B. (Herzog) Good in Springfield, Ohio on April 14, 1940.  She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Laverne Ewers; son Robert Murnahan; 12 siblings.  Lois is survived by 3 sons Tim (Darlene) Murnahan of Springfield, Kenny (Debbie) Murnahan of Texas, & Kevin Murnahan of Springfield; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, & a host of friends.  Lois was a loving mother, grandmother, & friend.  She will be missed by all of those who love her.  Over the years she worked as a cook in several local restaurants.  In her spare time, she enjoyed spending time outside, especially if it involved fishing.  Every year she looked forward to hosting her family for Thanksgiving & Christmas. Friends may call on Monday, November 13, 2023, from 11AM – 12PM at RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME 838 E. High St. Springfield, Ohio where a funeral service will be held in her honor at 12PM with Phil Grear officiating.  Interment to follow in Rose Hill Burial Park.  Expressions of sympathy may be left at www.richardsraffanddunbar.com
