Lisa G. Baker, 55, of Springfield, passed away Sunday, January 30, 2022. She was born November 21, 1966, in Dayton, the daughter of Norman and Bonita Young. Lisa was a foster parent for Clark County for many years. She loved traveling, gardening, canning, crafting and was a history buff. Lisa also enjoyed motorcycle rides and doing charity bike runs. She loved spending time with her family and friends, but most of all she cherished her time with her grandchildren. Lisa is preceded in death by her father Norman and sister Charlotte Young. She is survived by her mother Bonita; children Jarika Baker, Devan (Colt) Smith, Cheyann Baker and Michalin Baker; partner of 16 years Kristian Anderson; siblings Justin (Carla) Young, Deborah (Gerald) Allen, Gregory Young and Linda (Robert) Evans; 14 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Lisa’s wishes were to be cremated and a celebration of life gathering will be held by the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home.
