Linda A. Shook

Linda A. Shook, 75, of Enon went to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 1, 2016. She was born February 14, 1941 in Springfield, the daughter of Harold and Ella Garber. Linda had a wonderful work family at Patriot Ridge for over 20 years. She was a member of Maiden Lane Church of God at West Enon. Linda was an amazing Mother, Grandmother and Grammy; who always put family first. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Charles "Skip" Shook; and a brother Howard Garber. Linda is survived by her son Brian L. (Tynisha) Shook; daughter Tammy (Bob) Cromlish; brothers Arlin (Nadine) Garber and Bruce (Ruth) Garber; grandchildren Heather (Will) Shingler, Jenny (Justin) Inman and Destiny Shook; great-grandchildren Brooklynn, Grayson, Allie and Nolan; brother-in-law Kent (Mary) Shook; sister-in-law Cyndee (Tom) Gulker; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5-8 PM in the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME. A funeral service to honor Linda will be Wednesday at 10:00 AM in Maiden Lane Church of God at West Enon with Pastor Dan Fiorini officiating. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery of Troy.
