76, of New Carlisle, Ohio passed away Sunday, November 6, 2016. She was born December 7, 1939 in Dayton the daughter of the late Roy & Mary Katherine (Bussey) Lane. She is survived by a daughter, Tammi (Don) Doggett; two son, Joel (Karel) Johnson, Jr., Chad Fields; grandchildren, Benjamin (Anna) Doggett, Justin (Christy) Doggett, Cameron (Jess) Doggett, Hannah (Bill) Bradford; great grandchildren, Wyatt, Gavin, Lorelei, Finn Doggett, Haley Floyd, Xander Basil, Ava & Willow Bradford; a sister, Betty Anne Patton; niece, Tia (Jim) Hamlin; nephew, Todd Patton; other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her husbands, Joel Johnson, Sr. & Glenn Fields. Visitation will be 3-4 PM Saturday, November 12, 2016 at the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio with a memorial service at 4 PM in the funeral home with Dr. Andrew J.O. Wright officiating. The family would like to thank the staff at DayView for the loving care she received and Crossroads Hospice. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the DayView Activity Fund, New Carlisle Church of the Brethren Memorial Fund, or the Clark County Humane Society.
