Lewis Edward Inlow

Lewis Edward Inlow age 87 of Springfield, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 15, 2023, at his residence while surrounded by his loving family.  He was born the son of Roy William & Cora Artensie (Massie) Inlow on June 5, 1935, in Springfield, Ohio.  He is preceded in death by his parents; 4 sisters Freda Smith, Ruth Perry, Alice Andrews, & Olive Adkins; 1 brother Ralph Inlow; sidekick & faithful K9 companion Griffey.  Lewis is survived by his beloved wife Louise Inlow of 61 years; daughters Kelly (Don) Rodman of Springfield, & Mindy (Jason) Thompson of Huber Heights; sons Eric (Janelle) Inlow of Springfield, & Roy Inlow of Springfield; grandchildren Jessica (Daniel), Kelsey, Haley, Logan, Cody, Derrick, & Ethan; 2 great grandchildren Ava, & Rosaly; several nieces, nephews, & a host of friends.  Lewis was a loving husband, dad, papaw, & friend.  He will be missed by all of those who love him.  Lewis was a hard worker, & for many years worked for the Morris Bean & Co in Yellow Springs.  In his spare time, he enjoyed watching old westerns, playing the harmonica, classic cars, going to the movies and looking for bargains at garage sales, but most of all he enjoyed spending quality time with his family.  Friends & family may call on Monday, February 20, 2023, from 12PM – 1PM at RICHARDS, RAFF, & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME 838 E. High St. Springfield, Ohio where a funeral service will be held at 1PM.  Inurnment to be held at Dayton National Cemetery at a later date.  Expressions of sympathy may be left at www.richardsraffanddunbar.com
