Lavonne Ann Boitnott

LaVonne Ann Boitnott 69, of New Carlisle went to be with her Lord, Wednesday, February 9, 2022. She was born March 21, 1952, in Troy, Ohio to the late Arthur Tucker & Alberta Dull. LaVonne was a member of the Eastern Star Aero Chapter in Fairborn & Mount Olivet in Christiansburg, she served as Matron several times for Aero Chapter and was a star point for both chapters for many years. She was the first female secretary for the Dayton Muzzle loading Gun Club. LaVonne was an avid golfer as well as a competitive shooter. She spent many weekends at car shows and tractor shows. She is survived by her husband of 22 years Richard Boitnott; daughters, Angela (Jim) Bryan, Karie (David) Campbell; son James (Matt) Smith; stepchildren, Rebecca (Eric) Mobley, Greg (Stacy) Boitnott, Curtis Boitnott; 12 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; siblings, Tom (Pat) Tucker, Cathy Browning, Mark (Marina) Tucker, Anna Harvey, Kenny Tucker, Tammy Baker & several nieces nephews other relatives and friends. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her sister Tina Jo "TJ" Ward. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 15, 2022, from 5-7PM at Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home. The service to honor LaVonne’s life will be held Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at 10AM in the funeral home. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery.
