Kenneth Roger Howard

Kenneth Roger Howard, 84, of New Carlisle, passed away on Monday, May 22, 2023. He was born September 23, 1938, in Sandy Hook, KY, the son of the late Harve and Bessie Mae (Bowling) Howard. Kenneth attended the First Church of God Tabernacle, Fairborn, OH. He loved to fish, hunt, watch NASCAR and the Kentucky Wildcats basketball games. Kenneth is preceded in death by his parents; wife Glenna Marlene (Fraley) Howard; sister Wanda Lou Howard; and brother Harvey Delmaine Howard. He is survived by his sons Terry Lee Howard and James Allen Howard; sisters Garnetta Sue Thompson and Debra Sue Adkins; brothers James Darrell Howard, Donal David Howard and Glenis Megal Howard; grandchildren Christopher Howard, Brandy Secrist and Christopher Chad Howard; two step-great-grandchildren; and great-grandson Billy Beller. A special thankyou to his son James for his dedication in caring for him, and thanks to Denny Fugate and Robert Fraley for all their visits and comfort that they gave to Kenneth. Visitation will be held Friday, May 26, 2023, from 11am-12pm with the service to honor Kenneth beginning at 12:00pm at Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home.
