Kathryn A. Wilder

Kathryn A. Wilder, 66 of Springfield passed away June 6, 2016 in the Springfield Regional Medical Center. She was born in Springfield, Ohio on January 3, 1950, the daughter of John E. and Mary Ellen "Cindy" Maxwell. Kathy was a member of the Springfield Missionary Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday School for many years. She retired from Meijers with 20 years of service. Her spare time was spent with her family. Kathy was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband Earl D. Wilder, whom she married September 4, 1971; brother John F. (Barbara) Maxwell; sister Darlene (Don) Oiler; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5-7 PM in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME. A service of celebration of Kathy’s life will be Thursday at 10:00 AM in the Springfield Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor David Steinmetz officiating. Burial to follow in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Breast Cancer Endowment Fund of Clark County PO Box 2852 Springfield, Ohio 45501-2852.
