Judith Ann Foster

Judith Ann Foster, 82, of New Carlisle, formerly of Oneida, TN passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 21, 2022. She was born March 5, 1940 in Lima, OH, the daughter of the late Howard Hall and Betty Watson. Before moving back to Ohio she was very active in Eastern Star and the local VFW post of Oneida, TN. Judy is preceded in death by her husband Bo Foster; father Howard Hall; and mother and step-father Betty and Paul Watson. She is survived by her daughters Theresa (William) O’Neill and Michelle (Timothy) Weneck; brother William Watson; sisters Dorothy Watson and Victoria (Christopher) Scott; grandchildren Amanda (Aaron) Sweigard, Nicole Hartsock, Andrew (Gracie) Freed, Alexander (Erica) Freed, Matthew Freed and Sarah O’Neill; and eight great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held Monday, June 27, 2022 from 3-4pm with a memorial service to honor Judy beginning at 4:00pm at Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home.
