Judith Ann Chapman

Judith Ann Chapman, 83, of New Carlisle passed away Friday, February 11, 2022. She was born December 5, 1938, in Dayton, the daughter of the late Russell and Ida May Emert. Judy retired from the Dayton Public Schools Board of Education. She loved her cats and birds. Judy is preceded in death by her parents; husband Clifford; and brother Neil Emert. She is survived by her daughter Amy Kaffenbarger; grandson Aaron Kelley; great-grandchildren Rileigh and Bailey; sister-in-law Judy Emert; and niece Kathy Emert. A memorial service to honor Judy will be held Wednesday, February 23, 2022, at 2:00 PM with visitation beginning at 1:00pm at Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home.
