John R. “Dick” Stultz, age 85, of Springfield, Ohio, passed away on October 15, 2024. He was born in Yellow Springs, Ohio on April 19, 1939, to the late Raymond and Rosalyn Stultz. In addition to his parents, Dick was preceded in death by his son, Troy Stultz; sisters: Rose Driscoll and Mary Barga; and brothers: Chuck Stultz and David Stultz.
Dick is survived by his daughter, Tina Bame; ex-wife and friend, Pati Dunlap; grandchildren: Jason (Jessica) Bame, Andy Stultz, and Tawnya Stultz; 6 great grandchildren; sister: Linda Raby; brother, Bill Stultz; special friend, Mary Hopkins; as well as many other family and friends.
Dick graduated from Springfield High School and then went on to serve his country as a part of the United States Air Force for four years. After his time in the Air Force, Dick began working at Navistar in Springfield and retired in 2002. Dick was an avid bowler and golfer, he was also a member of the UAW Local 402 and the Union Club.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, November 10, 2024 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm at the Union Club, 139 West High Street, Springfield, Ohio 45502.
