John Kenneth Dalie Sr.

John Kenneth Dalie, Sr., 86, of Springfield, Ohio, died Thursday, August 10, 2023.    He was born on October 9, 1936 to the late Miriam Ehrman and Edwin S. Dalie, Sr.  Also predeceasing him were his daughter, JoAnn Rodgers and son, John K. Dalie, Jr. He is survived by brothers Ed Dalie and Greg Ehrman, stepson, Mike Burkitt (Nancy), stepdaughter, Debbie Yowler (Jim), special son-in-law, Gary Rodgers, daughter-in-law, Joetta Dalie, granddaughter, Heather Stultz (Rick), grandson, Corey Dalie, (Jennifer) four grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.  John greatly loved his country and joined the Navy during the Korean War.  He retired from D&H Manufacturing, where he was very involved with the union and proud to act as the union representative during his tenure.  He enjoyed boating, particularly at Indian Lake.  Graveside services will be at Calvary Cemetery on Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at 1:00 p.m.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Richards, Raff & Dunbar Memorial Home.
