Joann Bishop, 63, of New Carlisle passed away Thursday, December 22, 2016. She was born on September 12, 1953 in Dayton, the daughter of James and Jane Cheek. Joann is preceded in death by her parents and sister Juanita Miller. She is survived by her daughter Jennifer Smith; sons D.J. Bishop and James Holland; brother Robert Cheek; sisters Debbie Bane, Saundra Buck and Donna Rite. Arrangements have been entrusted to TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME.
