SPRINGER-BOWMAN, Jewell 68, of Springfield Ohio passed Tuesday, December 29, 2015 after a brief illness. She was born December 25, 1947 in Chillicothe Ohio the daughter of Samuel and Louiza (Haddox) Payne. Survived by her husband Eddie Bowman; sons Rickie (Danita) Springer, Jr. of Springfield, and Brian (Daisy) Springer of Enon; sister Bonnie (Terry) Landrum of Hallettsville Texas; brother Cody (Mary Jane) Payne of Frankfort Ohio; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Rickie Springer, Sr.; daughters Rhonda Springer and Roseann Wells. Visitation will be Friday, January 1, 2016 from 4-7 PM. in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME. Services will be Saturday at 10:00 AM. in the Memorial Home.
