JAMES O. SEITZ, JR.

59, of Jesup, GA entered into eternal peace on February 6th, 2017 in Savannah, GA. He was born in Springfield, OH on June 9, 1957, the son of the late James and Ida (Barton) Seitz. He was an excellent finish carpenter and enjoyed outdoor sports including biking, running, and basketball. He was a college football enthusiast and loved watching it with his brother Michael and lifelong friend, Jimmy Sanders. He is survived by four siblings: Nancy (Mike) Brown of Kent, OH, Samatha (Mark) Hamilton, Michael (Melanie) Seitz of Springfield, OH, and Becky (Al) Spitzer of Canton, TX, four nephews, 2 nieces, and 7 great nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his very special niece, Jessica Hamilton. A memorial gathering will be 10 - 11AM Saturday, February 25, 2017 in the Ferncliff Cemetery Chapel with a memorial service at 11 AM in the chapel. .
