Jack A. Yeager

On Friday, January 10th, 2025, Jack A. Yeager left this world at the age of 81. Jack was born April 13th, 1943, in Columbus, Ohio to Thomas and Forrest Rose Yeager. He served his country in the Air Force in an active-duty role as Load Master Specialist. He retired as an Air Reserve Technical Specialist (ARTS) and supervisor for the 445th Aircraft Maintenance Unit at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. In retirement, Jack enjoyed travelling with high school classmates, bass fishing/tournaments with his son Jack Jr. and wife Cindy. At Grace United Methodist Church, Jack served his Lord and Savior as a lay speaker and assisted with various projects and volunteer ministries. Jack was preceded in death by his father and mother. He is survived by his wife Cindy, brother Dean, his sister Janice, his children Jack Jr., Patrick and Joy, the mother of his children- Patty Yeager, as well as nieces and granddaughters. A memorial service will be held, Saturday February 1st, 2025, at Grace United Methodist Church, 1401 West Main Street, Springfield, Ohio. Visitation is at 10:00 am followed by a Memorial Service at 11:00 am afterwards a fellowship lunch will be provided by GUMC.
