Ivel Conley

Conley, Ivel, 83 of Springfield passed away June 7, 2017 in Good Shepherd Village. She was born in Johnson County, KY on November 10, 1933, the daughter of Millard and Edith Barker. Ivel was a wonderful homemaker and cook. She also liked working in her flowers and garden. She enjoyed spoiling Denise, Andy, Ben and Baylee: they were her world. Ivel was a proud member of Beatty Free Will Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister Marie Back; son-in-law Roger "Skip" Vonderheide; five nephews and two nieces. Survivors include her husband Duelas Conley, whom she married June 17, 1954; daughter Denise Vonderheide; sister Faye Baldwin; grandchildren Andrew and Benjamin Vonderheide; great-grandson Baylee; special nieces Wanda Estep and Linda Back. Visitation will be Sunday from 2-5PM in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME. Services to honor Ivel will be Monday at 1:30PM in the Memorial Home with Pastor Steve Wallace officiating.
