Iola Mae Lykins

Iola Mae Lykins, 96, of Louisville, KY, formerly of New Carlisle, Tipp City, Brandt and St. Cloud, FL, passed away Saturday, December 24, 2016. She was born December 29, 1919 in Urbana, the daughter of the late Stanley and Goldie Holaday. Iola was a supervisor at A.O. Smith. She is preceded in death by her husband Lidle Lykins; son Roger Lykins; two sisters; and three brothers. Iola is survived by her son Lidle "Larry" (Teresa Johnson) Lykins; daughter Gayle Stephens; grandchildren Jeffrey (Joy) Biggs, Rachelle Bachand and Steve Lykins; many great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. A service to honor Iola will be Friday at 2:00 PM in Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home with visitation beginning one hour prior to services.
