Herman Neal Raster

Herman Neal Raster, 68, of New Carlisle passed away February 8, 2023. He was born January 13, 1955, to the late Richard & Lois Raster. He worked for many years as an independent contractor. He was a long-time member of the KofP Lodge #610. Herman was an avid bowler and spent many evenings at the bowling alley with his friends and daughter. You would hardly ever see Herman with out a cup of coffee in his hand. He will be missed by all those that loved him. Herman is survived by his daughter Stacia Musgrove; grandchildren, Paeten, Gage & Gavin Musgrove; former spouse, Billie Ballard; brother, Larry (Lori) Raster; step-children, Rochelle (Duwayne) McCoy, Errit “Rob” (Cheryl) Wilson & Amber Wilson; many step-grandchildren, former son in law Garth Musgrove, nephews and many other relatives and friends. Along with his parents his is preceded in death by his wife, Malia Raster; sister Connie Raster. A Celebration of life will be held at New Carlisle Village Senior Center, 199 Sunrise Terrace, New Carlisle, Ohio on Sunday, February 19, 2023, from 3pm to 6pm.
