Marshall, Helen L., 86 of Springfield passed away November 14, 2016in the Eaglewood Care Center. She was born in Highland County, Ohio, the daughter of William and Freda Myers. She retired as the office manager for the New Carlisle office of the Ohio BMV. She enjoyed shopping, sewing, ceramics, cooking, collecting cat items and thimbles. She also enjoyed listening to Elvis and Country Music. Helen was preceded in death by her parents; husband James Roger Marshall; brothers Alton P. and Wayne and sisters Wanda Hall and Evelyn Myers. Survivors include her sons Marcus J. and Terry L. (Susan) Marshall; grandchildren Abby (Tyler) Walls and Matthew (Amber) Marshall; great-grandchildren Gavin, Tanner, Hansel and McKenzie; many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Thursday from 5-7PM in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME. Services to honor Helen will be Friday at 11:00AM in the Memorial Home. Burial to follow in Vernon-Asbury Cemetery. Memorial contributions are requested to the Crossroads Hospice. Expressions of sympathy may be made at www.richardsraffanddunbar.com.
